Argentia offers the option to opt into an annual leave program.
Annual leave is accrued by the number of hours that you have worked giving you 28 days of holiday per annum.

Argentia employees have the options of paying into annual leave each week, or can choose instead to take this money home in their pocket, thereby increasing their retention.
